Introducing Life Of A Tent

Life Of A Tent is simply a photographic log of the use of a tent that we have. As our kids have grown up into independent beings who can not only talk and eat, but walk, cycle and explore, we needed a tent that was big enough for the four of us at the same time as being light enough to carry. After a little research it became clear that there aren't many such tents on the market, and somewhat surprisingly, the best option looked to be a relatively inexpensive option from Decathlon.

Here's the review of the tent, first used in earnest on a cycle touring trip (our first) to Denmark last summer.

The plan is to post a picture with a few words each time the tent is used. It was hatched last week whilst wild camping just below the summit of Snowdon in Wales, wondering why others weren't doing the same thing. I'm not advocating that everyone should be on the shoulder of Snowdon whenever the weather is good, but hope that this Blog will inspire a few folk to get out and do likewise somewhere out in the wild.
